前 言
本标准是对 DL/T5018—1994《水利水电工程钢闸门制造安装及验收规范》的修订。
本标准与 DL/T5018—1994 版比较有以下一些变化:——对焊接工艺评定有关程序和要求,参照美国 ASME 标准
“锅炉及压力容器规范”中有关“焊接和钎焊评定”的要求进行了补充和修订,并增加了不锈钢复合钢板和进口钢材焊接工艺评定的规定;
——将原第 5 章“焊后消除应力热处理”并入第 4 章;——调整了高强度螺栓预拉力和拧紧力矩的数值;——针对厚浆漆和金属喷涂的要求,调整了金属表面预处理
粗糙度指标及涂层检测规定;——规定了采用局部火焰加热矫正时最高加热温度;——增加了铸钢件和锻件按质量特性重要度分类的规定,增
加了各类铸钢件和锻件检验项目及数量的规定;——增加了锻件化学成分的允许偏差及不同尺寸分段锻件的
力学性能指标;——调整和扩大了闸门尺寸分段及其允许偏差;——增加了弧形闸门斜支臂及支铰制造安装有关技术要求;——增加了平压阀安装及人字门安装有关技术要求;——补充了验收工作的一般规定。
本标准颁发实施后代替 DL/T5018—1994 标准。
本标准的附录 B、C、F、G、L 为规范性附录。
本标准的附录 A、D、E、H、I、J、K、M、N、O 为资料性附录。
本标准由中国电力企业联合会提出。
本标准由电力行业水电站金属结构及启闭机标准化技术委员会归口并解释。
